Welcome back, Raiders! We have some great events lined up for the school year, starting with Double Punch Friday this Friday, now EVERY Friday!
We’ve been hard at work this summer getting Elmo’s ready, including our all-new station World Flavors. World Flavors will replace Noodle for this year and has something new every week! Last week was Street Food, and this week, we have Mediterranean-inspired dishes, all week! Be sure to stop by and see all the new changes we’ve made for yourself, or check out our menu online before you stop by!
It’s getting closer to fall weather, which means that we now have Starbucks’ Fall Seasonal Drinks at The Landing! Come try our Pumpkin Spice Latte, for a limited time only!
Plan ahead, Raiders! We will be working in partnership with Sustainability at SOU and University Housing to bring one Meatless Monday per term. This will only affect the four center stations in The Hawk — Vege, Rossi, The Red Plate, and Arriba. If you have any questions or comments about Meatless Monday, feel free to reach out to us or Sustainability at SOU.
This week, we also have Chef’s Expo for lunch service on Tuesday at PAO. Our chef Noah Mewes has been hard at work deciding what he’ll be making, and he’s decided on Blackened Steak and Cambozola Sliders! All you need to do is stop by PAO tomorrow at lunch to learn more about one of our hard-working Sous Chefs! National Chocolate Cupcake Day is also almost here, so be sure to stop by Elmo’s and The Sweet Shop in The Hawk on October 18th! Not a fan of chocolate? No worries! Breakfast for Dinner will be in The Hawk on Thursday, October 29th. We’ll have lots of great breakfast foods!
